Turn right while in the downstairs living room to find the first bedroom, all set up with a private pool deck entrance and an en suite bathroom that features double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. Pool heat is available for $25/day or at a reduced monthly rate but is only needed Oct to May. Commercial vehicles and boat trailers are not allowed to park overnight per city rule. The dock is available for guests to tie up a boat (the lift is not available for guest use). The dock can fit up to a 50 ft boat. Ropes or equipment are not available for guest use. The water depth in the canal is 10 feet deep - swimming is not recommended due to canal width. One dog, weighing 30lbs or less, is welcome in this home for a fee of $150. Garage is not available.
