Before joining the Michelle Thomas Team, Hector honed his skills working in a local government building department, specializing in permitting. Working together with contractors, homeowners, attorneys, and fellow realtors, ensuring a smooth permitting process for property transactions. He later spearheaded the new construction department at Bonita Springs Utilities, overseeing projects ranging from single family homes to entire community developments.

As a Realtor, Hector’s approach is underpinned by a relentless desire to learn, boundless optimism, and a genuine love for people. These traits, combined with his creativity, have positioned him as a trusted problem-solver, passionate about making homeownership dreams a reality for his clients.

Away from real estate, Hector is a passionate musician, playing three instruments, and enjoys indulging in music, playing competitive basketball and soccer, and cherishing moments with family and friends.
