Boasting 32 years of cross-continental experience in real estate and financial markets, Rich has a wealth of knowledge in every type of property and situation. A native to London, his career started as an intern in a realty firm at the age of nineteen. After three years, he launched his own brokerage in the leafy suburbs of South West London, expanding to three branches before establishing a flourishing real estate development and investment firm.

Drawn to America by childhood memories in Connecticut and with a vision of opportunity for his children, Rich relocated to Naples in 2004. He lent his expertise to a private equity fund, orchestrating debt and equity finance for real estate projects across North America. Whether guiding investments or discovering a client’s dream home, Rich’s versatility and commitment remains unwavering. As a seasoned negotiator, he delivers unparalleled service, ensuring the best outcome for every client.

Rich, an honors graduate of University College London, resides in Naples, where he relishes visits from his five children. An outdoor enthusiast, he’s passionate about road cycling, skiing, and squash.
